Occult types love remote viewing, but remote viewing isn’t occult in and of itself. It’s a real thing, no bs. Just not that practical for any real use, it’s only obvious in hindsight. Military has tried to make use of it, too random, prone to near misses. I have no explanation other than to say that maybe our understanding of time is too limited. Major events, strong emotions linger from the past and have sort of shock waves from the future, maybe? Time “leaks” as far as very noteworthy events, backward or forward. That’s all I can come up with that would make it make sense.
