Dole Whip
FIST MAKE THE PINEAPPLE SLUSH--Blender smooth 2-20 oz cans drained Dole Crushed Pineapple, 2 tbl ea l/juice, lime juice, pineapple juice, 1/3 c sugar. Freeze 1-2 hours.
ASSEMBLY Stir pineapple slush into soft-serve vanilla ice cream.
SERVE completely frozen.
Pineapple slush looks outstanding. To up the health benefits you could use vanilla Greek yogurt instead of ice cream. Either way, yum/
O my gosh, I remember the Dole Whip from Disneyland!
I used to love a pineapple sundae too. I’m sure it would be sickly sweet to me today.
