Maybe. But I think the RISC instruction set of the ARM CPU is way better for servers, since servers aren’t asked to process the complex multimedia files you need with a regular desktop computer. Note that Android phones require multiple core CPU’s to do multimedia processing, and Apple optimizes its software for its A-series CPU/GPU, backed up by a lot of cache memory for each of its two cores.
