Easy to do when server functionality is much more limited than general desktop functionality. But if you’re talking general computing, a real x86-64 instruction CPU is way better. That’s why while Apple has dabbled with ARM architecture CPU’s for the Mac models, they’re still staying with Intel because Intel CPU’s do way more in terms of complex processing tasks like multimedia processing.

I read that the newest Intel and AMD chips will only allow Windows 10 install and not any older versions of Windows
