Stuff like this is not new.

In Vietnam an officer had a Christmas party for his men, which consisted of a BBQ & all the beer they could drink at a beach.

Afterwards, loaded in a deuce-&-a-half & trucked off to a house of pleasure, which the officer paid the full tab.

An officer paying for prostitutes for himself and his men is immoral, but not comparable to this. Navy contractor Leonard Francis (”Fat Leonard”) bribed US Navy personnel in exchange for over-billing the Navy.

Never had it that good. All I ever had happen was a table dance courtesy of my Aircraft Commander. It was in Florida, and touching above the belt line was encouraged.
