This isn’t a good way for MS to pull people from Firefox or Chrome.

This regards File Explorer not Internet Explorer.

My bad. But there are very capable substitutes for the file browser, too.

I saw Explorer 10 in the article, and assumed it was a salvage operation on the old Explorer browser that’s being phased out for Edge.
