The problem is not health care .... the problem is the cost of accidents, injuries and diseases that cost money and people don't have the money to pay for the care to fix and repair them.
HOSPITALS may be the biggest bloodsuckers in the room, but I'm not sure.
Used to work in hospital finance, and the answer to your question is yes they are. Not enough bandwith to post a 200 page thesis as to why. Reforming just the insurance side (ObamaCare) will do little if anything to lower the cost of the delivery of healthcare.
