Time does not exist for massless particles that go at the speed of light. According to Einstein, everything goes at the speed of light, either through space or through time. Matter that is stationary goes zero speed through space, and full speed through time (1 second = 1 second). Light particles go full speed through space, and zero speed through time. Anything in between follows the Lorentz transformation factor for time:
