God made them male and female.
Lately I have wondered if the reason why that is, is because our gender continues on into eternity. That though marriage as we know it is not there anymore, that some kind of intimacy with one another is not only possible there, it is to be celebrated as can not be in this present world. God did make sexual pleasure after all, and He called it good. No reason why it won't go on just like eating food will be there also.
Claiming to be another gender than what He has provided, or homosexuality or bisexuality, is a grave violation of that eternal identity. Maybe that's one of the reasons why God condemns it.
(Just thinking out loud. I'm not the greatest of theologians.)
I’ve been having those same thoughts on intimacy in the next world. I’m assuming it’s the same feeling of realizing one’s connection to G-d (enlightenment).
Question: why is homosexuality a grave violation of the eternal identity? Just asking, because I don’t know why G-d declared homosexuality an abomination.
