Clicking the pic in your #74 goes to a tinypic site that doesn’t show the pic, so it can’t be right clicked & saved.

But clicking the link in your #75 goes to the archive where it can be right clicked & saved .

Look at combat_boots post #68 for comparison; clicking the link gets you to the Twitter pic that can be right clicked & saved.
