A Penn State kid fell downstairs,drunk,about a month ago——and was ignored all night by the frat——later died.

I heard — from a recent grad — that Cornell has a "drunk dorm," where students who are over-the-moon can be dropped off by friends, or stagger to, and they will be taken care of while they sleep it off and recover.

According to my student friend, Cornell has offered this service for many years, perhaps decades.

That’s incredible-—and I’ll bet it saved lives.

This Penn State kid probably would have lived if something had been done——but to be just ignored all night was dreadful.
