The whole thing boils down to proof—names, dates, places. Who gave the orders, who did it, who collected the information, who got the information. Something as explosive as this cannot be left as a he said, she said. We need proof than no one can deny. Until them, this is all a distraction, drama, wasted time.

And so recording was it illegal and releasing it was definitely illegal
