BTW. In Norway if a 17 year old would have sex with a 14 year old he would be guilty of statutory rape. Had she been 13 it would have been pedophilia, I believe.
Anyhow, I guess I was thinking of even less speculation.
Hopefully the courts can sort it out.
I guess it was the “not responding to warnings about an armed house defender, then come bursting out of a closet”, does sound a bit odd to me.
But, then again I am speculating too.

Another item is the report said the dog led him to the “Guest” room. It didn’t say the daughters room.
This alone I would think set off big alarms in dads head, especially when he got no response after warnings directed at the room after set his dog tipped him off to an intruder.
