Guy I knew who wanted to become a doctor ended up selling medical devices as an entrepenuer. This is some success story by Hoang. Some people have the know how, impressive. I don’t know how they do it.
I know this sounds cynical, but he made the donation to city officials? I appreciate this guy’s intentions, but certainly there had to be a charitable org. with a transparent track record that would be a far better custodian of the money. Give money to city officials and there’s no telling how it will be used. Heck, even private donations to Haiti wind up draining into some charitable Bermuda triangle:
