“Merry” Meryl stepped on the wrong designer toes this time.
Karl Lagerfeld is a proud businessman, and he is not going to let this go. He’s already as rich if not richer than she is, thus has little to lose from the free publicity. Just because he’s old and sickly, doesn’t mean he becomes another willing doormat for Meryl and her out of control ego. Some older people will clamp onto a vendetta and never let go, holding on tighter than a gator holds a new catch.
She is due for her comeuppence. Such a reckoning probably won’t come from Donald, he’s kinda busy right now, making him appear to be a safe target for her verbal abuse.
