No, Trump is a Nationalist. Look at his slogan, "Make America Great Again".
Trump's primary focus is for the welfare of his nation. He wants prosperity for American citizens. He feels no obligation to be a "citizen of the world", to put the welfare of non-US-citizens ahead of the interests of US citizens.
I consider myself a Nationalist. I don't think we have a name yet for the party led by Trump. It's certainly republican in name only. It's not bread and butter conservatism either
