Did her treatments cause a new package to grow between her legs? Did it cause broad shoulders, a bigger waist, an adams apple in her neck? If not, she is still a she. And don’t be so bigoted, society is getting what it asked for or kept silent on.
The testosterone could very well be changing her “package” and cause all the other changes you have described.
Still a she but not operating on a level playing field as the other shes.
I do sympathize with the Texas parents. Texas is a good place and less deserving of this cultural crap than other areas of the country.
The problem is that whether they are a guy to girl trans, or a girl to guy, they all want to compete in the Women’s competitions. Its all about gaming the system.
