Fasting is a good practice. Caloric restriction over all helps you live longer.
Just fast 24 hours once a week.
Microfasting works as well. If you eat within a six hour window, and dont eat the other 18, it triggers fasting benefits. Some people,may find starting with this easier.
Sorry. I ride 20+ miles / day. 5 days / week. Fasting doesn’t work for me.
