In all of these states that have issued driver’s licenses to “undocumented aliens,” I would love to see a simple computerized cross reference of names between those licence holders and voter registration roles.

Just a cross reference of names, and we will see how large the potential fraud could be. But of course, the states will never perform those cross references, and states such as California are actively destroying their driver’s licence data that indicates undocumented in order to prevent such a simple check.

In every state that issues DL to illegals and the undocumented, the administration through Homeland should disallow the use of those DL for any federal purpose. That includes air travel, banking, access to government buildings, etc. Until constituents from those states, or officials themselves are inconvenienced, there is nothing that will impel change.

But of course, the states will never perform those cross references...

Some states, ones that are barely red, or purple but run now by the GOP might. The DHS assertion of supervision over the critical infrastructure of voting in the past election might help here and backfire big-time on the Dems.

A couple of pilot runs could promise to aggregate the cross-reference to preserve anonymity, not using it to actually find such individuals by name unless some significant threshold were met.

.... which it would be!
