Bryelle Marshall, 23, was arrested and charged with battery, aggravated DWI and for an expired license plate after her vehicle was reported seen driving recklessly. Officers say they found Marshall asleep behind the wheel of her parked car over the weekend in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

I strongly disapprove. Assuming she was not faking sleep and was really parked to sleep it off, that is what we want our drunks doing. Ticketing and arresting her because she's drunk and not driving provides an incentive for other drivers to try to make it home. As for her bumping an officer during her cartwheel, that's not battery, it's clumsiness on her part and stupidity for the cop to stand that close to a drunk girl doing cartwheels.

Agree 100% The girl showed some judgement in not attempting to drive. This arrest routine indeed urges getting home rather than safely stopping driving.
