Yum. Sounds good. The Italian bread crumbs really take it up a notch.
It really does add a get zing to it all and the top of the loaf gets quite quite crispy, if left in the oven a bit/put under the broiler.
I make a quickie meatloaf that’s good. 1lb ground beef, 1 sleeve ritz crackers, 1 can Rotel, 1 egg, dried onions, A-1,Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Top with ketchup and bake.
