The Mooch looked so bad during their first term. She improved during 2nd but not much. Melania's look is effortless, because she has always dressed like this and didn't have to be taught how to look nice and appropriate.

The Mooch must have been using Fun House mirrors to dress by. She wouldn't have noticed the difference because her figure is actually as out of proportion as Fun House mirrors make you look.
