From the sounds of how she is spending the money, she’s almost at a point of where she was before.
If the money is such a burden I’m sure there are many good charities in need. How about donating to a children’s hospital?

I know a woman who was in a shelter for abused women with her 4 kids. She spent her last dollar on a lottery ticket and won just over 10 million. She lived lavishly, married a loser who did drugs, had a couple more kids, and is now back on welfare, working part-time to make ends meet.
They were interviewed by the local paper and we stupid enough to say they had no regrets. Lived high on the hog for awhile, but are back to poverty, which they are used to anyway. I don’t see how someone qualifies for a handout if you’ve blown through 10 million, but I guess when kids are involved they don’t care how stupid you are.
