I'm sure they don't care what it's called either... they just want the rest of the US to pick up the tab for THEIR BS accounting.

Like when Gray Davis went crying to Bush for $$$$$$$$$$$ when Kalifornia finally croaked their energy supplier (PGE ?) because of their lying, cheating and idiotic system of residential/commercial ‘energy delivery’.
