Barney Fife had a gun. 60 year old asian man was in his car. Old man was probably asked for ID and proceeded to not comply and attempted to drive off. Barney Fife shoots old man driving off just like real cops do.
If you haven’t realized by now, cops don’t confess up to accidental and unjustified shootings. They just say they were ‘in fear’ for their lives.
“I felt threatened” are the magic words with which police officers can get away with almost anything.
