So, was he driving or just sitting there? If the car was parked there was no reason to shoot him. If, on the other hand, he was trying to drive and was out of control then maybe shooting was the only way to save the security guard's other others' lives.
I’ve read this story three times and I still can’t figure out what the hell is going on.
