Why do they couch these conferences in such terms as “women’s conference or womens health initiative”. Why not just call them abortion conferences? Yes it is a rhetorical question.

Development aid ministers from Sweden, Denmark, Belgium, the Netherlands, as well as representatives from over 50 countries are expected to attend the “She Decides” conference on March 2. But no 50+ countries holding a "She Decides" on the rapes that are currently dominating their unreported crime stats.
