The current Knicks should show such fight.
Charles Oakley, the bruising forward who more than anyone displayed the grit and physical play of Pat Rileys 90s Knicks, was arrested and taken out of Madison Square Garden during Wednesdays game against the Clippers following an altercation with security guards.
The incident occurred in the pricey seats after Oakley allegedly heckled team owner James Dolan, who was sitting nearby, said a source who witnessed the incident and asked not to be identified.

The correct spelling is ‘i din du nuffin’.
Just a child-man acting out in his ‘entitled’ fashion.
I’m a big Knick fan and Oakley is one of my all-time favorite players but this is all on Oakley. If an anonymous black guy had pushed security guards the way Oakley did, the guy would have been beat down. They treated Oakley with kid gloves. I hate Dolan (he has run the Knicks into the ground and he is a big cuck) but no one has the right to heckle the owner and not expect to get your butt kicked out.
“Assault...”
Yes. The videos show him assaulting the guards. But I don’t think they will sue.
“The correct spelling is i din du nuffin”
I thought is was “I din’t du nuttun’”.
“He shouldnt be thrown out because he made some anti-owner remark aloud.”

Why not?
Haven’t recent incidents at colleges in the last couple of months taught you that free speech is dead.
He “triggered” the reaction because of what he said.
What a world——(sigh).
.
I agree with that statement. But when your remarks escalate to the arrival of security then you should keep your mouth shut.
Since that wasn't the case and he escalated the incident into shoving security personnel multiple times, then YEA, you deserve to have your smart ass hauled out by any means necessary.......
I agree with a previous poster, he should have had his butt tazed then dragged out of the arena by his feet...........
Personal life
In 2011, Oakley filed a lawsuit against the Aria Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, alleging a group assault by five security guards employed by the casino on May 28, 2010. On July 30, 2016 Oakley married his wife Angela Reed.
Madison Square Garden arrest
On February 8, 2017, Oakley was involved in an altercation at Madison Square Garden as the Knicks faced the visiting Los Angeles Clippers. After refusing to stop yelling at James Dolan, Oakley was ejected from the arena after shoving security personnel. He was charged with three counts of misdemeanor assault and criminal trespassing. In a statement, the Knicks stated that Oakley “came to the game tonight and behaved in a highly inappropriate and completely abusive manner. He has been ejected and is currently being arrested by the New York City Police Department.”
