In 1986 Baxter authored A Message for the President, in which he identified Russia, the United Kingdom, United States and other modern countries as being mentioned in the Bible. He also said that the Berlin Wall would be torn down, Germany would be reunited, and that these events would be the catalyst which would inaugurate a permanent New World Order.

Interesting that Baxter does not believe in the Trinity. Above my pay-grade as to why, or why I should really care on a day to day basis.

But fascinating that Baxter predicted the unification of Germany. Perhaps this is because while the Cold War was going on, we had never signed a peace treaty with divided Germany (or something).
