The article says the 9th already refused to put a stay on the judge’s ruling, which indicates they probably wouldn’t overturn it.
Many times an emergency stay is not granted. It doesn’t necessarily mean anything. The 9th will likely overturn Roberds and then the plaintiffs will whine it up to SCOTUS.
The SCOTUS has already ruled decisively on this issue before. This whole court fight is just a delay tactic by the left. More refugees will pour into the US and it will just be more that Trump eventually has to deport.
