Many of the states which passed the no mask laws, aimed the laws at KKK members. Those laws were passed after the Civil War, when the Democrats/KKK did their best to put down the free blacks with acts of terrorism against their former slaves.
Now, the party of the KKK, the democrats, wear masks and riot. Their rioting is called protesting by their fellow rats in the media.
They will switch to burkas and dare to be arrested.
