This is commonly known as “Smart Growth.” It’s part of Agenda 21 to encourage people to live in dense areas, cities to combat “suburban sprawl.” To the liberal urban planners, a crowded gun free Chicago is morally superior to gun totting country bumkins.

We are way past Agenda 21 to Agenda 2030. Vast numbers of small cities, and most States already have implemented their regulations. In Washington State they now require the filing of Environmental impact statement and a study of how the drilling of a water well will affect the environment, and the level of the water table. IN WASHINGTON . Where I live you can take a shovel and make a well before you hit 5 feet. Of course along with the shutting down of community wells that are practically free, and placing people on city wells that cost me approximately $100 a month, $20 of that for the water. The other is for access to the water, and of course a hookup to the city sewer which comes as a package deal. They made everyone remove the septic systems. This in a city of 1,200, with a 5 minute walk to “Little House on the Prairie”.
