I guess it would depend upon it getting to the Supreme Court and who is on it at the time whether this is overturned. I would hope whoever is ruling would see the inherent danger in denying the Fourth Amendment rights of citizens against "unlawful" searches and seizures just for exercising their Second Amendment rights!
