The only actual crime I see so far is incitement of riots. That is a crime in most jurisdictions. That should be a fairly simple case to prove since his organizations are funding the rioters.
The currency manipulation case was in England, he was prosecuted and convicted for that.
As for attempting to influence elections—that’s what lobbyists do. Though if he could be caught violating campaign finance laws, that would be sweet.
When AG Sessions finally gets approved, I hope he will make Soros a very high priority.
