Self-appointed moderator? Goodness, I'm gonna get an identity complex, you have so many labels for me. I am not dictating what anyone can write. I am suggesting that something is so atrocious that to jest about it is just not the proper thing to do. Putting a live animal into a microwave oven to cook it to death is atrocious and anyone who has a high level of empathy with animals would not want to be made to even think about the pain and terror the poor thing would suffer. End of story. If you get off on reading and writing about doing that, please don't inform me about it.
OK Grany....I would prefer to wring my hands about those thousands of poor African animals, who as I write this, are being chased by a lion, leopard, cheetah.....knowing that when caught, fang filled jaws are going to clamp on it's throat.....ripping & tearing flesh....blood gushing......and as life is ebbing from every cell of it's small innocence body.....death can't come quickly enough as that horrible cat is feasting on still quivering muscles.......OH! The horror....and do you know about man made climate change. We're all gone die.....I'm going off line now. I hear a butterfly outside calling for help. It's caught in a spider web....and there's a big black spider creeping toward it.
