Think I’m turning to prayer.
I live Free Republic, but it can be group think here. (Right now it’s a safe haven.)
I would live to peacefully discuss ideas with people who don’t think the same as me. It seems those days are gone.
Turning to prayer is the best thing any of us can do. I support you in that!

In my youth, arguing (in the classic sense) with others, especially “Christian” leftists, I was always at a disadvantage (although I only gradually realized why as the years advanced):
I genuinely consider the other side of an argument; my opponents never did me the same courtesy.
I now avoid such wastes of time.
Another option is to use the “unfollow” button, that way if you have a friend who is a stark raving moonbat their updates don’t show up in your timeline.
