No, I don’t question that the (temporary) ban was legal. Just that the uproar might put Sessions’s approval at risk.

Chucky wails, fake cries, blusters and jumps up and down threatening but he and the democRATS are a whole lot of nothing burgers right now. That's all they've got.
They might delay Sessions some but they can't stop his approval.
