You can’t file ALL federal prosecutors. The federal court system would come to a halt. Who’s going to prosecute the thousands of federal cases currently pending?

Yes you can. It happens every time a new party takes over. Every US Attorney has a staff of attorney's that handle most of the case work. And not all of them will be gone for good. Some will be retained after requesting their resignations.

You’re talking about firing all US attorneys that’s a lot different than firing all Federal prosecutors.
