I’ll giver her credit....I’m a woman & the majority of us take pride in how we look. We highlight our positive attributes & try & camouflage the negative. And we like to smell nice.
She is like the crazy next door neighbor who always looks unwashed & like she is going to a Halloween party. She’s quite proud of it I believe. Attention grabber all the way.
