I suspect that The Donald has one, too, and has been reading Ike’s old speeches.

Some years ago I read Fred Greenstein’s ‘The Hidden-hand Presidency’ about Ike’s governing style, and as I watched Trump I began to wonder if he isn’t doing something similar.

They are very different in temperament, but I see some things that are very similar in substance.
