I don't think Mrs. Conway cares! SHE likes it, and doesn't need fashionistas' approval. This is the woman who referred to a time when she was younger and prettier. What woman of note talks that way about herself? Only one with confidence in her identity can do taht and mean it.
Yeah, she looked like a female version of the Schnuck's supermarket character. But hey, it's REVOLUTIONARY. She was going to have fun her way. And for girls and some women, "her way" is dressing in an eye-catching manner.

Well at least she wasn’t wearing a boob belt, a la the Wookie.
I’ll take Kellyanne’ fashion sense over the Wookie’s fashion everyday of the week, and twice on Sunday.
Then again, can imagine trying to dress a Wookie’s? Aside from a circus tent, where does a designer get that much fabric?
