I did not know this. I thought I heard the AA guy trying to convince to go willingly say that they would try to schedule her on another flight. Did anyone else hear this?
my guess they will accommodate her to get her home, then maybe no-fly? It’s not like she took out weapon or beat anyone - she’s just too full of herself and rude to be among other decent passengers.
