I was a bit puzzled and disappointed to find the site down, but it took about a minute of thought to figure out it was probably that the site was overwhelmed by demand on such a momentous day. I actually found other stuff to do. Patience was rewarded and all is forgiven. It really wasn’t that hard.

As far I could tell, it went down pretty much right when Hillary made her first appearance of the day, looking dour and angry. I just figured people had way too much to say about that, and it overwhelmed the server! But that’s just my layman’s reaction, knowing next to nothing about servers. Does typing in the dotted quad address work in those situations? I appreciate how FR does not have ads, and cookies aren’t following me around trying to get me to buy something.
