Cold weather is an EXCELLENT time for water cannons!
How would they keep the water from freezing inside the cannons?
Problem is, weather’s fairly mild for DC this time of year ... mid to upper 40s on Friday, probably up to 60 by Saturday. Forecast is rainy from @ 10am till 1pm but I am hoping to see the sun peeking out at noon.
