And if you are a Christian and think you are doing all of this “your way” then you will definitely have some serious discussions with the “Judge”.
And if you are not a Christian, then your beliefs and convictions have as much relevance as a person believing they can fly and stepping off a roof. They might be doing it their way, but gravity does not care.
So according too you if a man sings or adopts a song written to simply say they lived their life on their own terms, that is somehow meaning they are the same as another person who may have been a thug and who also adopted the song?
I think you need to rethink what you said because it is patently absurd to assign the behavior of one person to another because they like the same piece of music.
You are over thinking. It is just a song with meaningful words for many who have accomplished something they value.
