I do not even consider those who don’t vote.
They literally do not count.
Well, it’s pretty amazing to me. Especially when you consider that supposedly the 10% of voters who are swing voters decide elections. So 40% of eligible voters don’t vote and the dumbest 10% who do somehow manage to vote decide the results based on who was more able to sway them for that election.
