Actually, there is a growing body of evidence that the 10-day to two-week courses of anti-biotics have caused some of these resistance problems. Studies done in the UK show that once you are well enough to go back to work (or resume your normal routine) you can stop taking the ABs. But now our natural immune systems have been weakened by over-reliance on the drugs.

You will begin to see some Essential oils that are must haves. Then consider your best administering way for your problem and get the appropriate containers.

I would do the “bandits oil” for everyone as basic treatment or preventative.

I’m new to using oils, love Tea Tree oil for skin irritation patches that are med caused they are not cleared up using creams. Some scents hit my sinuses hard and plug me up. Loath going down the laundry isle to many chem smells. I try and buy unscented stuff if possible.

Would love to find one for osteoarthritis hand pain.

We also use essential oils for our various maladies (lots of kids in the house). We have had to go through very, very few courses of antibiotics and have also used Grapefruit Seed Extract to great affect, as well as essential oils.

I have used essential oils for years...never get sick. (In unhealthy East Tennessee, that is saying something.) As usual, my wife gets her MANDATED FLU SHOT, gets the flu, and is hacking and sneezing all around the house. Me? Not even a sniffle. She hates that damn shot...hates it.
