You need to read your Bible more closely. All prophecy is middle-east centric. There’s no room in there whatsoever for a E.U.-based revived Roman Empire. Most likely this new empire is a resurgence of the Ottoman Empire, which displaced the eastern Roman empire, centered in Turkey.

Also the army's of Titus Vespasian that destroyed the temple in Jerusalem were eastern legions formed of Syrians and Turks. Read the prophecy of Daniel again.

It should be notes that the eastern leg of the Roman empire lasted 1000 years longer than the western leg.
