I have to agree on the Montreal Steak Seasoning if you are not afraid of addictions. Sometimes, I think of that stuff and drool.

I want to thank you all for your suggestions. I try to keep it simple - so I will try the Montreal steak seasoning.

I understand there are different cuts of steaks and they can they can be cooked differently and by different methods, but I keep it as simple as possible,by just frying them.
