Grudges are not productive. Ted is a fighter. Donald is a fighter. They vied for the most powerful position in the free world and a chance to lead. It’s over. Time to get about the business of Righting the ship. All hands on deck. Do you honestly believe Mr. Cruz has no skills to further that endeavor?

I'm with you. I was second to none in my criticism of Cruz during the campaign. However, the Presidential campaign is a crucible few could tolerate without going nuts (I guess that's part of its purpose, to weed out those less capable). I think some of the Cruz weirdness may have been attributed to the stress of that crucible. IMHO as a result of his behavior during the campaign, I don't think he's Presidential material, but that doesn't mean he can't be a valuable associate in the fight for MAGA. In the course of history, great leaders had men by their side who were not cookie-cutter clones of themselves, but nevertheless were part of the team.

If Cruz is working towards MAGA, that's good enough for me. Yesterday was promising. We'll see how things play out over the next year or so.
